Postage and packing
Postage
If any orders need to be posted out to addresses in Australia, Australia Post will be used as the carrier. Postage will be invoiced at cost using the most cost and time efficient offering from Auspost.
Packing
Packaging will be invoiced at cost, and selected to provide reasonable confidence that the products will reach our customers undamaged.
The default method of packaging for postage will be sails rolled in bubble wrap and placed inside a cardboard tube with the jib luff wire loose, not in the jib, for insertion by the customer after delivery.
Flat packs can be provided and posted by special arrangement. Please ask for this in the customisation section of the order form if preferred.
Local deliveries
If local delivery or pick up is possible and return of packaging is agreed (to maximise sustainability), then packing and delivery will be free of charge.
