How to Order Your Sails

There are many options available so please be clear when selecting your preferences. If there is any uncertainty regarding any of the options, then please email NJSails with your questions. We will do our best to answer them.

NJSails will always endeavor to beat the estimated shipping date provided at time of invoice. As a rough indication, shipping of sails ordered today should be possible in approximately one week following prompt payment of the invoice. 

Note: Some orders have been lost in the submit process. Once your order has been submitted please email njsailsaus@gmail.com to let us know an order has been submitted. We will respond within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response from us in that time then please try emailing again or phone 0432264753 to let us know you want to order sails.

To order:

STEP 1

Download the order form using one of the links below. You can use either the pdf or excel version of the order form.  Note, the pdf is for printing, filling in by hand, scanning and emailing back to NJSails as an attachment.  The excel version can be completed in excel format on your device and emailed back to NJSails as an attachment.

STEP 2

Fill in the form in its entirety. As previously mentioned, if you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please send an email. 

STEP 3

Submit your form by emailing it to njsailsaus@gmail.com or by using the "Submit your order form here" function below. When using the submit function, make sure your order form has been attached using the "attached order form here" button before hitting submit. Otherwise NJSails will not receive anything.

Step 4

NJSails will be in contact with you soon after the order has been submitted, usually within 24hrs. If you have not received this response within that time, then please do email us at njsailsaus@gmail.com. We have had a small number of orders go missing between Submit and our email inbox, so please let us know if you do not receive a response from us in good time to make sure your order has not gone missing in the electronic pathways.

We will then be in contact as soon as we can to confirm your order by return invoice which will include payment details.
